Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique that is based on healing and balancing the life energy that flows through each of us. It can be a wonderful way of clearing out old, stagnant energy, soothing your nervous system, surrendering and releasing fear and uncertainties while supporting your body, mind and spirit.

Benefits of Reiki for Reproductive Wellness.
We can hold a lot within our wombs. It is our seat of creativity, our fertility. Whether birthing a baby, an idea, a movement or flow.
A lot of western practice calls on what we can “do”to fix our bodies and I want to bring the focus to our well being. When concerns arise or we are being called to reassess our reproductive wellness, Reiki can be a gentle way to reconnect with ourselves and ease into surrendering and letting go what no longer is serving us.
The path you are on may be riddled with uncertainties. My intention with Reiki is to bring a little more ease and lightness in support of your continued journey. Some benefits specifically in scope with reproductive wellness may be:

As a birth client your package will include 4 sessions of either Reiki or reflexology during our time together. Postpartum clients will have the option to receive a session at a discounted rate.

A month long promise to yourself or a loved one. Weekly Reiki sessions for a month of tenderness for whomever may be going through a tender transitional time. For example - preconception, reproductive wellness, final weeks of pregnancy, first month of postpartum, an unexpected end of pregnancy. Includes 4 sessions.
